Catherine's Telephone Surgery

If you require specific help and support out of my practising hours, I also offer a telephone surgery on a Friday morning between 9am and 10am and a Tuesday evening between 8pm and 9pm. This is a supplementary service and costs £25 and is only available for clients who have previously had an appointment or who are unable to come into the clinic.

We do offer "after work appointments" during the week. Both these and Saturdays are very popular and can get booked up weeks ahead. So, book in advance!.

We require a £25 non-refundable deposit for all evening and Saturday appointments which is payable at the time of booking by cheque or via Paypal.

If you cannot make the appointment, I would be grateful if you would contact us – with at least 24 hours notice - on 01634 852714 or 0870 762 0697. There will be a cancellation fee of £25 if we are not contacted within that time, unless a reappointment is made or the cancellation is due to genuine unforeseen circumstances.
