My name is Catherine Nash and I decided to start Thyme to Heal to promote my beliefs in Natural Medicine.

After years of my own ill-health with IBS, Endometriosis, Candida and threatened Infertility,   I found Naturopathy. Natural Medicine turned my health and life around.

Therefore, I decided to train to help others, using - what I term as - a "Naturopathic toolkit for health", which includes Naturopathy , Iridology, Herbs , Colonic Hydrotherapy and Detox Programmes .

Due to the success of the Thyme to Heal practice, we have recently extended the brand by offering the ability  to buy our own range of  Natural remedies and Products. Please see our Products page for further details.
